Guest Designer - Crazy for CAS

Hey everyone, today I am guest designing for Crazy for CAS.
The challenge is Anything goes, since it is a CAS challenge blog, all you have to do is create anything CAS and you can play along. I hope you stop by at the blog and play.

I chose a textured white card base, and then I did some stenciling with Tim Holtz burlap stencil in red. Added a die cut fabric heart, and the sentiment on a tag, and few rhinestones to finish off. Its a super simple card, I hope you all like it.

Thank you for stopping by, I really appreciate your kind  feedback :) Have a great day!

A soft background

Hey everyone, its a cold morning here, drizzling and about 5 degree Celcius..well not as cold as some other parts of the world, but it is still.
I am sharing a card which I made yesterday evening, I chose a white base and stamped the STAMPlorations feathers in silver pigment ink to create a background. Then I added a die cut flower and leaves. I used a white textured card stock to die cut the leaves, then I stamped the feather stamp randomly, and sponged it with green pigment ink
The flower is die cut from an inked embossed card stock, so it had dimension on it.
I added few black rhinestones to finish of the flower, the sentiment is also from STAMPlorations trendy feathers.
Its  avey simple card like all my other cards, and I do hope you all like it.

This is what I have used for the flower.

the leaves.

2 different cards

Hello everyone!! A quick share of 2 cards, I am just lazy to write 2 different posts ;)

The first one up is with the technique, I mentioned in my yesterday's post - Inking the embossing folder and running through the bigshot. I used a few distress inks to create this.
I first partially inked up the embossing folder with Mustard seed and ran through the bigshot, I did only partial embossing, so the back was embossed pretty well, a few white patches were there, but I went in with a sponge and filled in.
Then I inked up the raised front with spiced marmalade and barn door, and I also used an orange pigment ink to give more color.

The sentiment is from my custom made stamps, and finished it off few sequins. Hope you all like it!

Dry Embossed snow card

Good Morning everyone! My second post of the day, if you looking for my ATSM DT post please click here.

I was inspired to make a One layer card this morning, since yesterday evening I am trying a technique, and thought of using a part of it for this card. I am trying the inking of embossing folder and running in my big shot and then inking the the embossed front...it is a simple technique with stunning results....however on this card, I had just used it partially....I inked a part with a pale blue ink and partially embossed my card front. I have kept the embossed front plain white, and added some translucent glitter glue for the snow effect.

I used Pale Ochre ink to do the fingerprint deer family, and doodled around the other parts. We are a family of 4, so subconsciously I ended up with four finger prints... LOL
The sentiment is from Kaisercraft, and added few pearls for finishing touches.

Good Morning everyone, it's time for a new challenge at ATSM today, and it is one of the favorites and an easy one - "Anything Goes". SO whatever you create, you can just play along.
Our sponsor for this challenge is

The winner will get 3 free digis, their digi are amazing.

For my card, I had used a sponsor image, its a pretty simple card, other than coloring the tree in shades, and adding few translucent glitter gel to create snow, there isn't much to this car. The sentiment is stamped from Kaisercraft.

The second card is made in honor of our teamie Marina, who is tying the knot very soon. This is to wish her and her would be a happy life together, and lifetime of happiness, and bliss.
I had kept it really simple. I used the iron on blings, these are for Tee's, but I went ahead and tried it on a card, and it came out good.

Candy cane wishes

Hello everyone, I am not posting everyday nowadays, as I am taking the time to study as mentioned earlier, I am back to school to get a bachelor's in education., running a household and raising 2 teenagers and school plus working some days...its bit crazy at times.

Today, I am back with a card today, I was inspired by a few challenges.

I started with a textured base card, and a white front panel, decided to use a textured front too. I used Tim Holtz Burlap stencil, and inked the front a bit with red pigment ink. I had used some holiday series pattern paper which is sitting in my stash for along time, to fussy cut the candy canes. The sentiment is also from the pattern paper, I had used it as a tag, added a jingle bell, and secured everything with a twine.
A few blings to finish off. I also added a tiny angel to go with it. It'

s a simple card, and I hope you all love it :)

A different angle!

Pink lacey girly greetings

Hello everyone, sharing a card, which I just finished making.  Another card which I can use for new year wishes.
I used a pale turquoise textured base, and a baby pink front. I did some feathers stamping using the pewter colored sparkly pigment ink, these feather stamps are from STAMPlorations.
I had used pattern paper to die cut the flowers and leaves. I decided to add a crochet lace, and arranged the flowers above it, and the sentiment is from Kaisercraft. I had tilted the whole front panel.
That's it, hope you like it.

You can see the sparkly feathers in here.

2 different sunburst card

Hello everyone, sharing 2 cards after few days. Of lately card making has taken a second seat, I am studying diligently :), and not really jumping up and down to make cards nowadays, my mojo is somewhat not there....hopefully it will be back soon.

I made 2 cards, both are made using my handmade sunburst stencil. The first one up is a monochromatic color scheme.

I chose a white base, and a shiny silver card front, and heat embossed the sunburst in silver color, and a simple sentiment.

A second card, this is a custom made card on request, not sharing for any challenges. Sharing it just for fun. I decided to give a colorful sunburst here, used yellow, orange and red pigment inks to create that, and few blings to finish off, and a heat embossed sentiment.
